CounselWeb sponsors over 1500 e-mail discussion lists, including 66 appellate law discussion lists. These appellate law discussion lists focus on procedural issues involving appellate law and the appellate courts. Some of the information on these webpages were taken from discussions on these lists.
Any member of a discussion list can send an e-mail to the list. This e-mail message is then automatically sent to all of the members of the list. Other members can reply, and this reply too is sent to all list members. These discussion lists enable lawyers practising in a particular area of the law to have a discussion by e-mail.
There is no charge to participate. Once you sign up, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on using the discussion list. The e-mail also contains instructions on how to unsubscribe from the list as well.
Using the form below, you may sign up for any of the 66 appellate law discussion lists. Or you may visit CounselWeb's Discussion List Center to sign up for any of the 1500 other legal discussion lists.
